  • 1. Patient received implants #12 and #11 in 2001. Tooth #21 is failing, presenting a fistula and a root fracture. Note the vertical discrepancy of the gingival and incisal line
  • 2. Final treatment result after extraction of tooth #21, implantation, immediate restoration and site development according to the multilayertechnique (MLT) and new full ceramic crowns #12 - #22
