A female patient (28 years old) shows a vertical defect in the esthetic area

Initial clincial situation with missing right central incisor. After trauma in childhood the tooth experienced retention and external resorption.

One part of Tecnoss Lamina was fixed buccaly with 1 osteosynthesis screw (1mm Diameter).

The space that was created by the 2 xenogenic shells is filled with autogenous bone chips.
