A young female patient (19 years old) shows a wide horizontal and vertical defect
- GTO®

Teeth were lost (21 22 23). A significant portion of the labial bone was lost.

A temporary maryland bridge is placed. A large quantity of acrylic is placed to compensate tissue loss.

The entire labial plate of bone disappeared. Defect 16mm wide, 15mm height, 5mm depth.

GTO® was placed on top of the ridge with successive layers.

An additive layer of GTO® was placed in labial position.

An additional layer was placed in a saddle position to gain in vertical as well.

Second stage surgery 4 months later. Implants were still stable (ostell 74) and before soft tissue manipulation (Palacci flaps), GTO® was added in a coronal position to gain in vertical.
