Patient complaints: lack of several teeth and mobility of the old fixed denture on the upper jaw. Initial situation

Panoramic radiograph of the pronounced atrophy of the alveolar ridge of the upper jaw due to the inflammatory process caused by a previously installed plate implant

Probing and diagnostics revealed that implant fixation can only be possible with utilization of the cortical layer of the anterior wall in the maxillary sinus

Implants installed according to the “All-on-4” protocol. The implant on site #25 installed at an angle with minimal torque (5 N/cm2). More than 4/5 of the implant is not covered with bone
