2. Panoramic view before treatment. #21 not maintainable presenting a large apical lesion

3. Immediate implant placement and reconstruction of the missing buccal bony plate with a OsteoBiol® Lamina® Soft and CT graft. The gap is filled with OsteoBiol® mp3®

5. X-ray of the 3 implants: #12 and #11 18 years old - #21 implantation according to the Multi Layer Technique (MLT)
